Enrollment Manager is a browser based Institute Management System which streamlines the processes involved in running an educational institution. The application has various modules for the various activities performed in an institute. Ease of navigation and security to sensitive data forms the primary objective of this application. Being a browser based application it can be hosted on a web server and distributed amongst all the institutes branches anywhere in the world. Some of the Objectives of Enrollment Manager are 1. Resume management of candidates / students. 2. Counseling information and session tracking. 3. Information about training course taken, course cost, semester count, semester duration and     subjects offered. 4. Payment Scheme Information, due dates and payment tracking. 5. Candidates / students semester and subject score information. 6. Student study loan processing information and related bank level analysis. 7. MIS Reports for Forecasting and Analysis Described below are the operational level modules of the application which are used on a daily basis. The masters can be set once and the data from the masters is then automatically set in these operational modules. Candidate Registration : Using this module, the institute can record the personal details about a candidate at the time of enquiry, which may include the Course for which He/She have enquired and the branch where the enquiry was made. Also provision has been made accordingly for storing other information pertaining to the candidate such as his educational qualifications, his previous working experience, etc… Candidate Counseling Information: Normally after an enquiry has been made, the next process may be about counseling the candidate about his career and the also the course which would be suitable. Candidate Enrollment: Once we have registered the candidate and his enquiry , and provided the necessary counseling (not a compulsory process), the next stage is usually enrolling the candidate for the Course. This process involves recording information such as the branch where the candidate wishes to enroll, selecting the course, the scheme and the suitable batch. Once the candidate has enrolled, a unique enrollment ID is generated which acts a handle or reference to the candidate for the lifetime of the course with which he has enrolled. Semester/Subject Wise Information: As discussed earlier, a course is normally divided into one or more semesters and within each semester there are one or more subjects. With the help of this module, the institute can monitor the academic progress w.r.t all the subjects within each semester of each of the candidates enrolled with the institute for all kinds of courses offered. Candidate Loan Information: Again as mentioned earlier, the Institute may have arrangements with some banks for offering Education Loans to some of their candidates. Under the masters section, the institute can record the various banks that offer such loans. Here, under the Operations, the institute can track the various loan requests made by the students, monitor as to which of them have been sanctioned and also the loan amount that has been approved Candidate Payment Information: This module covers the most important activity of an Institute, - tracking the payments received from the students for their respective enrollment Information. Here one can have overall view of the various payment schedules against a student, and which of then have been paid (if paid then the date when the installment schedule was satisfied) and any pending installments. Clicking on a payment schedule either shows the details of the payment received if that payment schedule has been paid or partly paid or if unpaid takes the user to the screen where one can enter the payment details for the respective installment. At any given time, the payment amount cannot exceed that which is pending. Below are the list of Reports generated by the application Candidate count: This report provides information about the total candidates registered with the consultancy branch and out of them how many have enrolled for any course and how many have not. - Enrollment Status vise report. Course Status: This report provides detailed information of the semester vise subject marks obtained for the opted course by the selected student. - Active student vise report. Payment status: This report provides the detailed payment summary for the enrolled students against the various courses offered by the consultancy. Course – branch - batch – student vise report. Loan Information: This report provides loan processing information for all the students that have opted for a study loan from one of the enlisted banks. Student vise report. Bank Analysis: This report performs analysis against the enlisted banks for the following points. Rate of interest, sanction time taken, Sanction amount, total loans sanctioned. Bank vise report. Institution Analysis: This report displays the strike ratio result for the various institutions from where the students have enrolled for a course with the consultancy. Institution vise report. Scheme Information: This report displays the various schemes information designed by the consultancy branch for the offered courses.
