Order Manager is designed to assist manufacturing facilities in client quotation management, client orders management, production planning and scheduling, delivery and installation management as well as maintaining clients account and correspondence documents. The management can also make use of its analaytical tools to analyze department efficiency, identifying and rectifying the departmental loop holes, analyzing the business efficiency level.

• Making part deliveries against an Order Acceptance
• Drafting part deliveries challan detail/packing check list against an Order Acceptance

5. Installation process Automation
• Logging installation start and completion date for every delivered equipment
• Filing the installation completion report against the serial code of delivered equipment

• Approved and rejected quotation list

• Pending and completed Orders list with each department

7. Party Account and correspondence Management
• Drafting Performa Invoice post to production activity
• Drafting part deliveries Commercial Invoice against an Order
• Acknowledgement of the payment receipt against the decided payment schedule for an order

• Drafting pending tax concession form reminder report for clients
